Where to Stay
The Porto Naxos hotel is a short cab ride from the Port of Naxos. It is a medium-sized boutique hotel with great areas to lounge and relax including the pool area. The hotel offers bike rentals at no extra charge. It was a great and affordable stay.
Where to Play
Naxos boasts many beautiful beaches such as Plaka Beach. From the hotel, you can take a short bike ride through scenic green pastures and mountainous landscapes to reach Plaka. Once there, you can experience the infamous strong winds in all its glory. This is a great place to wind surf.
After a swim in the ocean, you can grab a bite to eat by the Port of Naxos then head over for the legendary sunset at Apollo’s gate.
